ADHD & attention concerns
Difficulty with focus, organization, follow-through, or impulsivity. Assessment explores your history and other factors that may affect attention.
Care & Services
Your concerns, preferences, and everyday life all belong in the conversation. We’ll work together to understand what you need and decide on appropriate next steps.
An initial evaluation is an opportunity to talk about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and goals. We’ll also explore how things are affecting daily life.
You’ll have time to ask questions and discuss an initial plan. Sometimes more information, additional assessment, or a referral is needed before a diagnosis is clear.
If medication may be helpful, we’ll discuss the options, potential benefits, side effects, and your preferences. Follow-up visits focus on your response, questions, and any needed changes.
Medication is a shared decision based on an individual assessment. An appointment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medication.
Therapy offers space to work through challenges, notice patterns, and develop ways of responding that support your goals. We’ll discuss the type and frequency of support that fit your needs.
When another clinician or a more specialized service would better support you, we can talk through referral options.
What brings you here?
You are more than a diagnosis. These are some of the reasons people seek care.
Difficulty with focus, organization, follow-through, or impulsivity. Assessment explores your history and other factors that may affect attention.
Persistent worry, feeling on edge, or anxiety that interferes with work, school, relationships, or rest.
Low mood, reduced interest, or changes in energy and motivation that make everyday life feel harder.
Support for the emotional impact of difficult experiences, with room to share at a pace that feels manageable.
Exploring the relationship between rest, stress, and mental health, including whether other medical evaluation may be helpful.
Space for loss, changing roles, relationship challenges, and periods when life feels unfamiliar or overwhelming.
Finding the right fit
Appointments are virtual for patients located in Minnesota. For adolescent care, please ask about age eligibility and the consent process before scheduling.
This is an outpatient practice. Some needs call for in-person evaluation, specialized treatment, or a higher level of support. We’ll discuss that with you if it applies.
